Jewelry Design with Amanda Finegold
Fall Term 2022: September 14 – November 2, 8 sessions In-person, 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the Hilyard Center.
Learn to design and make individualized beaded jewelry bracelets and more. This class is designed to be a fun introduction to a few of the many ways to make jewelry. We’ll start with bead stringing, move on to some simple macramé, and we’ll end the class by learning about some ancient chain making techniques. These lessons and techniques will help participants become part of a continuum of craftspeople throughout the ages, as we still use basically the same ancient techniques to make our crafts.
