Introduction to Ki for Adults with ASD

The Oregon Ki Society is offering a FREE four week class on Ki principles to help one stay calm, focused and centered when daily life overwhelms you with stress, sensory overload and anxiety.

The classis taught by a black belt with Asperger’s. Thursdays, 6-6:45 pm Oct. 12, 19, 26, Nov. 2
The dojo is located at 1071 W. 7th Ave. (and Van Buren) in Eugene. No prior experience is required. Wear comfortable clothes such as sweats and t-shirt. Please arrive a few minutes before class.
